Teasing us with upcoming hissy fits is a classic producer move, and as always, we fell for it. We’re completely psyched to watch Michael lose his shit! It’s not fair to judge the clash before we’ve seen it in full, but from what we can glean from this clip, Miguel and Janelle are ganging up on Michael in an infuriating way. Don’t you hate it when you’re getting bent out of shape and raising your voice and your opponent is staying calm, as if to underline how irrational you’re being? That’s what Janelle does here: “You’re wasting energy right now”; “Take a deep breath.” YOU take a deep breath, Janelle!!! Suddenly, we find ourselves passionately pulling for Michael (Cody will win, of course, but if Michael could make it to the top two or three, we’d be thrilled). Oscar’s growing on us, too.
